What is The Prairie Sundays Post?

A monthly mail club! For just $10 a month you get a thoughtfully written letter, printed quote, adorable sticker, and a postcard for you to keep or send as your own letter! Everything will arrive via snail mail through the post office, in a cute pink envelope.

How does a mail club work?

Subscribe on our website, which sets up a recurring monthly payment for as long as you want your subscription active. You can cancel any time. As long as you’re subscribed, each month you’ll receive the Prairie Sundays Post. Think of it like an old-school magazine subscription that arrives each month.

NOTE: If you only make the one time purchase, instead of a subscription, you will receive whatever the current edition of the Prairie Sundays Post is.

When will I receive my letter?

Letters will always be sent at the start of each month, and will take about 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on the speed of the postal service. These are sent as standard, untracked letter mail, just like the good ol’ days! That said, if something seems amiss, send me an email and I can help resolve it.

What if I live internationally (outside of Canada)?

Your letter may take longer to reach you! It is still sent with regular postage to be delivered to your mailbox. Evolving international trade regulations may cause unforeseen disruptions and delays.

When do I need to subscribe by?

Subscribe by the 15^th of the month to receive that month’s letter, and be on track to start receiving future letters for as long as you're subscribed! If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, your first letter will be sent the following month.

How can I manage my subscription?

Simply log into your subscription portal! Through this you can update your mailing address, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription. If you need any support you can always email me at prairiesundays@gmail.com.
