  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Not yet! We are excited to be able to ship to Canada and the United States. TBH it is a lot of admin figuring out shipping elsewhere, but we're working on it!
  • How does shipping work?
Canada's postal service, Canada Post, is currently on strike. While they will continue operations during the strike, delivery times will be significantly impacted. Canada Post is the only method to ship Standard Lettermail, so we will continue to use them, but cannot guarantee a delivery date. Standard Lettermail does not come with tracking information. We typically say items will arrive in 2-3 weeks, but with the strike, we expect that time to increase.
 
Unfortunately we will not be able to replace or refund any orders placed with Standard Lettermail during this time. As a small business we always do our best, but the current situation is out of our control, so order with Standard Lettermail shipping at your own risk. 

If you would like guaranteed delivery, we have added an Express Shipping option. While it is costly, during the Canada Post strike it is the cheapest option for making sure items get to you in a timely manner. Packages will be sent with UPS, a courier that is operating as per usual, and will include tracking information. .
  • Can I change the address on my order?
We are unable to change your address once the order has been shipped, but please contact customer service at prairiesundays@gmail.com to see if your order is eligible for an address change. Please reference your order number and include the new shipping address in your email.
  • Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, but you can reach out to our contact customer service by email at prairiesundays@gmail.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. Please reference your order number.
  • Do you take custom orders?
It depends on if we have the capacity, since right now we are a 1 woman and 1 dog show! Email us at prairiesundays@gmail.com with an outline of what you're looking for and we can go from there.
  • Do you take Wholesale orders?
We do! Email us at prairiesundays@gmail.com without an outline of what you're looking for We will send you our wholesale information sheet, and then we can go from there.
  • Do you ever run promos or have special offers?
Yes! We love offering special deals to customers. Make sure you sign up for our email newsletter so you get the details!
  • Do you have influencer or affiliate programs?
