- Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Not yet! We are excited to be able to ship to Canada and the United States. TBH it is a lot of admin figuring out shipping elsewhere, but we're working on it!
- Does my order come with tracking information?
No. Right now shipping costs $2.50 for anywhere in Canada and the United States. To add tracking, that price jumps to $15.00. Since our items can be sent as Standard Letter Mail, we have made the decision to save you the money and not offer tracked shipping.
- When will I receive my order?

- My order hasn't arrived yet and my heart is broken! Can you help?
Of course! We won't take action until you are passed the delivery window (2-3 weeks). If the order still has not arrived by then, we will send you a replacement.
- Do you take custom orders?
It depends on if we have the capacity, since right now we are a 1 woman and 1 dog show! Email us at prairiesundays@gmail.com with an outline of what you're looking for and we can go from there.
- Do you take Wholesale orders?
We do! Email us at prairiesundays@gmail.com without an outline of what you're looking for We will send you our wholesale information sheet, and then we can go from there.
- Do you ever run promos or have special offers?
Yes! We love offering special deals to customers. Make sure you sign up for our email newsletter so you get the details!
- Do you have influencer or affiliate programs?
